With sing along choruses and catchy songs our band leaves our mark every time we play. We play multiple songs in a row like the Ramones and get on do our thing and get off the stage as quickly as possible, Less Talk More Rock. We appreciate other bands on the bill and the time allotted for each set. Fast melodic songs with lyrics that our original and have a variety of topics that relate to the bullshit we all go through in every day life.
The Members
Uncle Logan- Complex fast chord changes along with Fast Palm muting make his Guitar work original and to the point. As Lead vocalist and Guitarist his Warm raspy voice compliments his tight well written song structures perfectly. From loud Screaming to warm melodic vocals he brings two styles of singing to the band. This gives us a diverse and original punk sound that is complimented by great musicianship and excellent guitar work.
El Matador- The seasoned veteran of the Band. He has played Bass in 6 other bands you’ve never heard of and is still going strong. Precise complex melodic Bass Lines that are a good compliment to Logan’s palm muted guitar riffs and Eric’s fast and precise drumming. Occasionally performing lead Vocals that are similar to The Queers or Screeching weasel his style of songs ad more diversity to an already entertaining set list.
Erik Shunn- The prodigy of the band, Eric’s drumming and timing are similar to that of a metronome. Being only 21 his drumming skills are amazing and what most of the Audience can’t help but focus on. Similar to a Josh Freeze his fast precise fills leave you wondering, did he really just pull that off? His sense of Rhythm is flawless and he has great footwork that pushes our band to a new level of rock.
The Album
Poster Boys for Birth Control is the bands third studio release. 17 shredding tracks mark the pinnacle of the bands existence to this point. The album’s excellent sound quality and originality make it by far the best thing we have ever done. There is not a bad song on the album and we could not say that about the previous two albums before this one. We all sing on it and are very proud of the way it turned out. Above all we do not take our selves too seriously and have funny songs as well as our intense political songs through out the album.
